Please note: Monday, February 1st through Sunday, February 18th are company holidays (Chinese New Year Holiday) for all of our employees. Because of this, there will likely be a delay in reply to your ticket, possibly until Monday, February 19th when most of our team returns.
In the case where you do receive an initial reply from one of our employees, their subsequent replies may be delayed.
You can still place orders during the office closure and we will process your order . We offer limited service during the holiday and we will handle the sales and billing emails twice a week to help you with ordering questions.

Some major makers got raided in the past few days and resulted all other watch makers taking an early CNY holiday starting from today.
We are getting a final delivery of stocks today from some makers and we will ship all we have out and then we will stop shipping from 18th January 2021.
All other departments except shipping department will remain in service until early February (exact date TBA) before the CNY holiday begins.
We will email all the customers which orders cannot be shipped before CNY holiday, please email us by the end of January if you do not receive an email notification from us.
