2025 Chinese New Year Holiday Arrangement and Discount

Please note: Monday, January 27th through Tuesday, February 4th are company holidays (Chinese New Year Holiday) for all of our employees. Because of this, there will likely be a delay in reply to your ticket, possibly until Wednesday, February 5th when most of our team returns.

In the case where you do receive an initial reply from one of our employees, their subsequent replies may be delayed.

You can still place orders during the office closure and we will process your order . We offer limited service during the holiday and we will handle the sales and billing emails twice a week to help you with ordering questions.
