Since English is not my first language and I cannot express myself well with words.
Yesterday I started to give free masks to all customers and some asked me if I could sell more to them and I listed them at $40 shipped international shipping fee.
A few hours later and I got someone saying those certificates are fake and the masks cost only $5 instead of $40 so I am making big profit on them.
Honestly I feel so sad to read the email, I hope someone in China in the mask industry could help me a bit with this, I paid CNY 2 for each mask, which is about $0.3 each, a box of 50 pcs cost about $15 to me. International shipping fee is about $20-25 depends on the destination and I cant create a new dynamic shipping fee calculator so I listed them as $15 + $25 = $40 shipped fixed price. If you pay by credit card and I also have to pay for processing fee and I will only get my 80% of my money in 20 days and the remaining after 180 days. Please do the math, am I really making money on the mask? I just wanted to help.
Regarding the "fake" certificates, today I had a long conversation call with the supplier and they assured the certificates are 100% genuine, please google the factory name Wangjiang Kayleinster Labor protection products Co. Ltd, they are a legitimate registered cooperation which is certified to manufacture quality masks. Please prove they are fake with proofs rather than just saying they are fake.

I am not writing because I want to sell more masks but I want you to know I never intended to sell fake masks with fake certificates.
We already removed the mask from my site but we will continue giving the masks out to the customers for free because I know some of you really needs them.

It is challenging living under the current restrictions; however, I am confident we will get through this, together.
I know facial masks can be difficult to get hold of during recent times, PureTime has purchased 10,000 disposable surgical facial masks (N99/FFP3 standard) and we will include 3 masks per watch into the package, we want to include more but it will make the package too large and the customs may pay attention to it.
If you can't get any facial masks locally and we are selling these masks at zero profit to you, just want to help, whether you are a PureTime customer or not and you are welcome to buy these facial masks.
We are selling at US$40 for 50 pcs facial masks including international shipping, if you are buying it with a watch order, we will ship them separately.
Please note one customer can only buy up to 100 pcs (2 boxes) and orders from than 100 pcs will be cancelled because we can only ship 100 pcs max in one package.
The masks should take about 2 weeks to arrive you, depends on your local postal service, please consult your local post service before placing the order.
