We are getting emails asking why PureTime has not started shipping like other dealers, please take a few minutes to read the response below:
Most makers have not come back to work yet, some makers have some stocks from before the holiday and they are just selling those stocks, they are not able to manufacturer new stocks, all factories are forbidden to work or the factories would get shut down.
Some secondary wholesalers have some stocks before the CNY and they are selling those, too. We have also ordered from the makers and secondary suppliers and I believe you are already getting QC pics from us.
The courier which mainly deals with replicas has not started working yet, I heard some dealers are already shipping because they were shipping by regular couriers, the courier doesn't know those packages were replicas and the customs would randomly check those packages because of the coronavirus detection and you know the consequences. The replica friendly courier will start working from 17th and we will start shipping on 17th Feb.
Please understand none of us want this to happen and we are much more frustrated than you do and we must try our best to ship out everything ASAP to minimise the loss.
As I have mentioned before, PureTime has some big plans this year and we will announce in our next newsletter and you will be happy to read it.

Because of the 2019 nCoV outbreak, the Guangzhou government still limits business operations so we are not able to go back to the office, the entire PureTime Team is now working from home.
We have already ordered the watches from the makers and they will deliver the watches to us as soon as they come back to work, since the HK customs has limited the import from China and the watches
We have new plans in this new Chinese year and we will send out a newsletter regarding our new plans by the end of the month, no worries the plans wont affect the pricing of PureTime but we will be much much more efficient than before.

1. No one infected with coronavirus in PureTime and thanks for the kind blessing emails from all around the world. All PureTime staff will be working from home until the situation is improved.
2. Please expect the factories to start production in March because all the workers are stuck in their home town.
3. We will go back to office when the situation is under control and we have a bunch of stocks ordered before CNY and we will ship those to the customers if the courier opens.
4. All PureTime staff will wear facial masks in the office and we will wash our hands with soap before handling the watches.
5. If you decide to cancel your order, please email billing@puretimewatch.io and we will refund without questions asked, please do NOT charge back on us and we will refund, just please give us some time to process.
6. Please wash your newly received watch from China with soap even it is very unlikely for the virus to survive on the watch surface.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding your orders. And we will start working on 10th February as the Chinese government announced, some of us may start working sooner so please do not be surprised when you get emails from us before 10th Feb.

Please note: Saturday, January 19th through Sunday, February 2nd are company holidays (Chinese New Year Holiday) for all of our employees. Because of this, there will likely be a delay in reply to your ticket, possibly until Monday, February 3rd when most of our team returns.
In the case where you do receive an initial reply from one of our employees, their subsequent replies may be delayed.
Last shipping date is 17th Jan and we will send all QC pics out in 16th evening and please make sure to respond to the QC pics email by 17th so we can get them shipped in time.
Orders placed after 10th Jan may not be processed because most makers and suppliers started their holiday but we have kept some stocks in our office so we are still sending QCs and shipping watches which are in the office.
You can still place orders during the office closure and we will process your order as soon as we come back on Tuesday, February 3rd. Since the holiday is long and please expect some slight delay in response, sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your support and patience.
