Office Close for Mid-Autumn Festival

Please note: Saturday, September 22nd through Monday, September 24th are company holidays (Mid-Autumn Festival) for many of our employees. Because of this, there will likely be a delay in reply to your ticket, possibly until Tuesday, September 25th when most of our team returns.

In the case where you do receive an initial reply from one of our employees, their subsequent replies may be delayed.

You can still place orders during the office closure and we will process your order as soon as we come back on Tuesday, September 25th. Most of the watch makers and suppliers come back to work on Wednesday, September 26th so please expect about 1-2 days delay on your QC pics than usual.
