Recently we upgraded our website to HTTPS to improve your and our security (more info). Because of this a conflict between HTTP and HTTPS cookies occurred. This conflict prevents some users from logging in. Here is a small guide to fix this conflict.

Google Chrome

  1. Right mouse-click, and click on "Inspect"
  2. Click on "Application"
  3. Click on "Cookies"
  4. Click on "Clear All"

Apple Safari

  1. Right mouse-click, and click on "Inspect"
  2. Click on "Storage"
  3. Click on "Cookies"
  4. Right mouse-click on each cookie and "Delete"

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Right mouse-click, and click on "Inspect Element"
  2. Click on the Cog icon
  3. Check the "Storage" option to reveal the Storage tab
  4. Click on the "Storage" tab
  5. Click on "Cookies"
  6. Right mouse-click on each cookie and "Delete"
