Please note: Thursday, October 1st through Thursday, October 8th are company holidays (Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Holiday) for many of our employees. Because of this, there will likely be a delay in reply to your ticket, possibly until Friday, October 9th when our team returns.

In the case where you do receive an initial reply from one of our employees, their subsequent replies may be delayed.
